I want to be a hairdresser. I am going to do the cosmetology program at my school when I'm a senior. (going to be a junior) Someone told be that most salons don't have benefits like insurance and retirement I heard a lot of hair salons don't have benefits?
It depends completely upon the individual business.
If you find a salon that offers benefits then you will have them.
When interviewing for a job you will need to ask about the benefits.
