the best bet would be to go to your local big salon and go in and ask them if they would do them for you


i would imagine most of them would if given notice because it takes a while but they will arrange an appointment for you over a morning or so as it takes a long time





also if you know anyone who has had them done previously, ask them where they got theirs done and if it was any good
