YAY Cleveland! well i don't know about east cleveland but there are 2 salons on Coventry road in cleveland heights. one is fast eddy's, and the other is the Crazy Mullet Super Salon (don't worry you don't have to get a mullet) they are kinda retro places. hope i was of any help to you!
