you probably have to go to local hairdressers and ask them, im pretty sure the receptionist is actually any girl who is free to answer the phone. i don't think they hire girls just to sit there and answer the phone.


but anyway to be a receptionist you don't need any skills besides loud and clear and manners because every single job has different ways they want you to answer the customer, different phones when you put them on hold ect.


no amount of courses can teach you how to do every reception job. its up to the boss to teach you what he/she wants for their company
