In Escondido there is Transitions Salon and Say Spa, also very good but pricey, here I have had cuts, colors, facilals, mani %26amp; pedis: http://local.yahoo.com/details;_ylt=Ai72/a>



I have had ok experiences at Colorations also in Mira Mesa, thier prices are moderate (not too high) and I have had colors and cuts there : http://local.yahoo.com/details;_ylt=AoJm/a>



Generally if you know what kind of cut you want and aren't interested in a color I would recomend Supercuts as I have never gotten a hair cut I didn't like there. Unfortunatly thier services are limited pretty much to just a wash and cut.
