Black hair salons in San diego, Ca area?

I am trying to find a salon that is great and does really good with a wash and wrap. I am looking for a salon to send my sister for her 16th birthday to get her hair done, I would love to have a salon that gives really good hair wraps with lots of body and shine. Also hopefully not that expensive. Also do you know of any good restaurant for a 16-year old girl and friends to have dinner and have some fun. :) ThanksBlack hair salons in San diego, Ca area?
