i have really long hair. i am about 5'1, and my hair goes down below my butt, just above knees. (2 yrs ago it went passed my knees, thank god it got ACCIDENTALLY got cut.) anyways.im looking for a new look. ive never got my hair cut (aside from that accidental one) and my dad is freakishly sensitive about my hair.





anyway. i need to go to a really good, and really cheap place, that can layer my hair.i kno a lot of places wont do it, because of its length, layered hair will make it seem as if its thinning out.
