Just go to any haircut/style school. They will charge almost nothing because they need the experience and professionals oversee their work. They are the best places to go for cheap hair care. I take my whole family!Any nice not so expensive hair salons that will do hair for prom?

Try Gene Juarez's beauty school -- much cheaper than the actual salon, but the students are well taught and there are professionals on hand.
Just walk into any Fantastic Sam's.
