OK OK yea I know I know 鈥鈥檓 a guy I work for the Gov鈥檛 in Washington DC and do the Army reserves thing but I have relatives in Philly and 鈥o while this is a little out of my area of expertise I will pass along what I鈥檝e heard. There is a stylist named Janet who I understand does wonderful works of art with hair to include perms and she works at Classy Impressions on Pleasant Dale in Philly. And if you want more 鈥ell here are a couple of others 鈥oo. Good Luck!
