Yes, i once had a salon do my hair pink, green, blue, and yellow. You first have to ask if they have that dye color, and if they dont they will most likely order it for you or you can go and get it for them.
Of course! You might want to ask in advance though. I have been to some very conservative salons where the answer to a question like that was a strange look. Most will be able to do it.
Defenitely. Its much better to get colour done by a professional, less damage and they know alot more about what there doing.
