I love that show! LOL she's just a whirlwind and her system does work and the salons do make more money and run better than they did before.

I watched it twice and couldn't handle her anymore... she is so arrogant and the editing on the show is horrible. Deleted from tivo!
That show is great! But she sometimes gets outta hand! I wonder how many clients those salons have lost because she gets so... mean!

she is so scary!!! makes me appreciate our anal retentive salon manager tho
