Most salons don't have a price for that. But if you just go to one and ask they might work out something with you or they are going to charge you for a partial highlight. Which is 6 to 8 foils. But try a salon and see what they say..
I don't know that they'd go through all the trouble of mixing up the color, etc., just for one strand - it probably wouldn't be worth it. Why not just buy a kit and do it yourself at home?
