David's Salon is my favorite salon. I am not plugging but its not the name of the salon is important, it's the hair dresser. But I can suggest you try also the Salon de Manila or Salon de Orient in Timog, QC near EDSA look for George. What are the best hair salons in manila?

1000 for a haircut? Wow....
Anyway, David's Salon is one of the best though there are probably more high-end salons that I don't know about. You just have to find a hair stylist who knows what cut will look best with your feature. It doesn't matter if it's from a high-end salon or from the tabi-tabi.
I just had a hair treatment done from Freshaire and I have no complains. It might be some luck - especially as it cost me only 1/3 of the price DS quoted.
Virtually every street corner in Manila! Also in every SM mall or other larger malls like Robinson's or Harrison Malls etc. The prices are very reasonable too.
Ricky Reyes, and arrange with the salon staff for Ricky Reyes himself (herself?) to do your hair, but that will have to be by appointment.
I sincerely believe that I am the most unqualified to answer that.
back when i was in PI, best salon for me was Hairbytes (located ground floor of shangrila mall). they charge P700 for a hair cut but that was 2 years ago
Ystilo Salon
