What are the Pros and Cons of working in a hair salon?

I would like to hear some personal experiences and preferably BOTH pros and cons. I might go into the business and would like some outside opinions.What are the Pros and Cons of working in a hair salon?
cons:


*it seems like all good hair dressers' hair is always tore up = just my oppinion


* if u have a press it is likely you will sweat ur hair out more often


* if ur working w/ lots of dif products w/outproper skin protection, it can cause you to break out more often


* you are more prone to dangereous objects


* less time to focus on UR hair


Pros


* Fun


*Never gets old


* More knowledge on how to do ur own hair
