Where can I find a good hair salon to get a doobie in New Castle, or Wilmington Delaware?

Since I came to the conclusion that Dover,DE has no good hair shops, where is a dominican hair salon that does really good doobies(put rollers in your hair and blows your hair out and makes it look shiny and healthy). I need to find a good place. I'm from Jersey but I go to school in Delaware and I can't seem to find a good place. Please help me!!! Let me know any places in Wilmington or New Castle DE!Where can I find a good hair salon to get a doobie in New Castle, or Wilmington Delaware?
I don't have an answer for you. I saw your post when I was looking for where to buy dominican products in Delaware and wanted to say hi. Do you go to DSU, if you do I work there.
