How can I make my Men's Hair Salon different than others ?

I want to establish my own Men's Hair Salon (hairdressing), and I have already studied the 4 P's carefully.





However, I like to listen to other people's opinions and advice, and always welcome new and creative ideas to make my business different.How can I make my Men's Hair Salon different than others ?
Offer things that appeal to men like old fashioned face shaves. Have tvs for each chair with local sports channels. Some men wouldnt mind having a beer while they get their haircut.How can I make my Men's Hair Salon different than others ?
Do any hairstyles. Get some books so you're customers can look at what they want. Things like that.
Offer all haircuts and build a mini bar or at least serve them some drinks(coffee, beer...etc.)
have only hot girls work there, and wear bikinis...and then hire me!
